Betul Ke OCD Tu Macam Dalam Drama?
“Lipstick kena selari, remote TV kena susun ikut warna. Itu OCD, kan?”
Tunggu dulu...
OCD bukan sekadar suka simetri atau ‘terlalu pembersih’ macam dalam drama. Realitinya... OCD jauh lebih rumit daripada itu.
Dalam drama, OCD sering digambarkan sebagai:
✔️ Suka susun barang ikut warna
✔️ Pembersih yang melampau
✔️ Tak suka benda senget
Tapi itu bukan keseluruhannya.
Sebenarnya, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) adalah gangguan kesihatan mental yang jauh lebih kompleks. Ia melibatkan fikiran yang mengganggu secara berulang, dan perilaku yang terpaksa dilakukan untuk rasa lega — bukan sebab suka, tapi sebab fikiran tak bagi diam.
Dalam realiti,
🌱Fikiran menyerang tanpa henti
🌱Buat sesuatu secara berulang walau tahu tak perlu
🌱Basuh tangan berkali-kali untuk rasa “lega”
🌱Periksa pintu berkali-kali sebab takut benda buruk berlaku

Insomnia

 








Bila Malam Bukan Lagi Tempat Rehat – Kenali Apa Itu Insomnia 🌙
Pernah tak rasa letih sangat, badan perlukan rehat...
tapi bila baring di katil — mata tetap segar, f ikiran ligat fikir macam-macam, jam makin lewat…
Lepas tu esok bangun rasa lesu, macam tak tidur langsung.
Itu bukan sekadar ‘tak boleh tidur’. Itu mungkin insomnia.
💤Apa Itu Insomnia?
Insomnia ialah gangguan tidur di mana seseorang mengalami :
❌ Susah untuk lelap walaupun dah penat
❌ Kerap terjaga waktu malam & susah tidur semula
❌ Bangun terlalu awal & tak rasa segar
❌ Badan lesu walaupun tidur ‘cukup’
🕒 Bila ini berlaku 3 malam seminggu atau lebih selama lebih 3 bulan, itu dikira insomnia kronik.

✨ Tetapkan waktu tidur yang konsisten
✨ Elak skrin 1 jam sebelum tidur
