Bipolar Disorder


 Having Bipolar is like having a phone battery that only operates at 500% or 1%. 📱⚡

There is no smooth 75%. There is no comfortable 50%.

At 500% (Mania/Hypomania):

Your flashlight is on, your screen brightness is maxed out, you are blasting music, and you have 80 apps running perfectly all at once.

You feel like you don't even need a charger!

At 1% (Depression):

The system abruptly shuts down.

The screen goes black.

You plug it into the charger, but it just shows that little red battery icon for weeks. No matter how much you want to reply to messages or go to work, the hardware simply refuses to turn on. 🪫

ADHD
