ADHD


 Having ADHD doesn’t mean you can’t focus. It means you can’t choose what to focus on. 🌪️🧠

People often joke, "I'm so ADHD today," when they forget their keys. But living with actual ADHD is completely different.

Phobia


 Fear keeps you safe. A phobia keeps you trapped. 🛑🧱

We all have things we’d rather avoid. But living with a phobia isn't just a preference—it’s an invisible wall that dictates where you can go, what you can do, and how big your world is allowed to be.

Someone with claustrophobia might walk up ten flights of stairs to avoid an elevator. Someone with social phobia might cancel the trip of a lifetime just to avoid the anxiety of a crowded airport.

Phobia


 It isn’t just "disliking" something. It’s an alarm system gone rogue. 🚨🧠

There is a huge difference between being afraid of something and having a phobia.

Fear says: "That spider is creepy, I'll step away."

A phobia says: "There is a spider in this room, so I can never enter this room again. My heart is pounding, I can't breathe, and I need to escape RIGHT NOW." 🕷️💨

A phobia is an intense, irrational fear of a specific object, situation, or activity. Even when you logically know you are safe, your brain's survival instinct completely takes over. Your body reacts as if you are facing a life-or-death threat.

It’s exhausting, isolating, and often deeply misunderstood by people who tell you to "just face your fears."

幻觉


 如果你的大脑,开始向你播放一段不存在的画面... 👁️🌫️


当我们听到“幻觉”这两个字,往往觉得离自己很遥远,甚至觉得可怕。
但在经历幻觉的人眼中,那些声音、画面甚至触觉,都是 100% 真实的。

想象一下:
明明房间里只有你一个人,你却清楚地听到有人在耳边批评你;
明明走在安全的街道上,你却闻到了刺鼻的烟味,或者看到路边的阴影变成了可怕的形状。
你惊恐地向身边的人求助,他们却一脸茫然地说:“你在胡思乱想什么?那里什么都没有啊。”

这种“全世界只有我能感知到”的孤独与恐惧,才是最折磨人的。 🌪️

幻觉不是“撞邪”,也不是“想太多”,它是大脑的感知系统在没有外界刺激的情况下,发出的错误信号。这是一种真实的医学症状,就像发烧或咳嗽一样。

OCD


 OCD bukan sekadar "suka kebersihan". Ia adalah penjara minda yang memenatkan. ⛓️🧠

Ramai yang bergurau, "Aku ni OCD sikit, tak boleh tengok meja bersepah." Tetapi bagi mereka yang benar-benar didiagnosis dengan OCD, ia bukanlah satu gurauan. Ia adalah satu kitaran yang sangat menyeksakan.

Bayangkan anda sedang memandu, dan tiba-tiba otak anda membisikkan: "Macam mana kalau kau terlanggar orang tadi tanpa sedar?"

Anda tahu ia tidak logik. Tetapi rasa gelisah (Anxiety) itu sangat kuat seolah-olah ia benar-benar berlaku. Anda terpaksa berpatah balik dan memeriksa jalan raya tersebut. Bukan sekali, tapi berkali-kali.

Inilah realiti OCD. Ia terbahagi kepada dua:

🌪️ Obsesi: Fikiran, imej, atau dorongan yang datang secara tiba-tiba, tidak diingini, dan menakutkan (fikiran intrusif).

🔄 Kompulsi: Tingkah laku berulang yang terpaksa dilakukan semata-mata untuk mengurangkan rasa gelisah akibat obsesi tadi. (Contoh: Basuh tangan sehingga melecet, periksa tombol pintu 20 kali, atau mengira dalam hati).

Mereka bukannya gila, dan mereka tahu tindakan mereka tidak masuk akal. Tetapi otak mereka sedang membunyikan "penggera bahaya" yang palsu.
