Anxiety


 Anxiety isn't just "in your head." It is loud, physical, and exhausting. 🫀 When people hear the word "anxiety," they often think of someone who just worries a lot. It’s the knots in your stomach, the shallow breathing, and the racing heart that tricks your body into thinking you are in immediate physical danger—even when you are perfectly safe. Your nervous system is essentially sounding a false fire alarm. 🚨 If you are fighting this invisible battle today, please know that you are not "crazy" and you are not overreacting.
