On the outside, everything looks fine.
Some people living with schizophrenia experience moments of confusion, fear, or disconnection— even while keeping up with everyday life.
They may be quietly managing thoughts or voices that others can’t see.
They may be questioning what’s real, while trying to stay grounded.
They may not speak up—simply because they don’t want to be misunderstood.
This is sometimes called high-functioning schizophrenia—where someone seems okay, but is working very hard to hold things together.
How We Can Support Gently:
Avoid saying “You look fine to me.”
Listen with presence, not pressure.
Be kind, even if you don’t fully understand.
Respect their pace, and their silence.
Not all struggles are visible.
But a little patience and care can mean more than we realize. Welcome to reach us at 012-4520077 or 05-3114022. We offer both online and in-persons options.
